Brief Philosophy of Institutional Catering
Goes in line with our corporate philosophy
to provide first class food & beverage service to our varied
customers, but NOT mass-feeding system by all means.
It will be our aim to provide healthy, nutritious
and fresh food & beverage service to our potential consumers.
We deliberately kept the choice of products small
to focus on daily, weekly and fortnightly changes and quality
in order to appeal to the clients.
By keeping the choice of selection relatively limited
we can build on the freshness of products due to rotation of minimum
stocks.
As a general food processing philosophy, we refrain
from convenience food and additives and place our strengths on
producing meals with fresh foodstuff purchased locally on the
market on daily basis whenever applicable.
Some of the restaurants can be run easily on a self-service
concept and it will be our aim to attract potential buyers to
consume a healthy breakfast, meal or lunch at the different facilities.
In order to keep up with the full satisfaction of
our potential consumers it is vital to provide a quality meal/snack
even if this means at a relatively higher price.
To make our overall services more distinctive we
would implement a Take-away "Corners" to sell fresh
home-made cold cuts, bakery & pastry items.
QUALITY
Gourmet Dining All The Way
Of course when we talk of Swiss Restaurants, we can only talk
of the gourmet quality food.
Every one of our items on the menu is prepared by highly skilled
chefs with as much attention to presentation as to taste. Even
the high selectivity of choice of items available in our menus
says a lot about our quality.
But let's begin from the start - right from the minute our staff
receive the raw materials from the suppliers. All our foodstuff
is received and checked by a receiving staff who determine the
quality of each of the items under very strict conditions, after
which our full time employed " doctor " examines each
item before certifying it ready for usage.
Unannounced Hygiene tests, in other places an irregularity, are
for Swiss Restaurants part of the routine, carried out on a weekly
basis. We need talk no further since the certificates we have
achieved talk for themselves.
It is enough to know that all our Swiss Restaurants have no storage
facilities and all our products have no expiry dates. All that
is produced is consumed within 24 hours, therefore our dates of
production are also our dates of expiry.
For us only the best quality throughout each and every process
is good enough.
